Cafetieres (sometimes called french press) coffee makers are probably the most commonly used method of brewing coffee here in the UK. Using a simple plunger system you can make great tasting coffee requiring very little skill.
Cafetieres make a rich full-bodied cup of coffee, containing oils which naturally occur in coffee beans. It’s these oils that enrich the flavour of the brew.
