Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the different departments on our website or type a keyword into our search facilities. Once you have found a product you wish to buy, click the "Add to Basket" button to store this item in your shopping basket. When you have finished adding products to your shopping basket, click the "Checkout" button. You will then be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your transaction.

Returns Policy We understand that sometimes when you order over the Internet, when the goods arrive in your home they are not quite what you expected. This is why we offer a 30 Day No Quibble Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in the original manufacturer's packaging in unused condition and we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount which you paid for the goods; but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

Should your goods arrive faulty, incorrect or damaged we will meet the cost of return and (at your option) we will replace or exchange such goods or we will refund you the price you paid for the goods.

All goods should be returned to Galla Coffee, Unit 2 Warwick Road, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 0YB in the following manner:
  • Goods must be adequately sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging in unused condition;
  • Fully complete the returns form included with the delivered package, this will ensure you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly;
  • Please ensure that you have addressed the package clearly with the Galla Coffee address;
  • Make sure that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.
Please note that, unless the goods which you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
