The Bialetti Brikka Stove-top Espresso Maker has all the features of the traditional Moka Express, except for one important difference - it produces a crema! With its uniquely designed valve system, the Brikka generates higher pressure than any other stove-top espresso maker, for greater coffee extraction. Every cup of coffee has a fuller, more complex flavour and richer texture. This is the closest you'll get to true espresso from a stove-top espresso maker.

Excellent stove top much better than my Atomic!
By James on 3 July 2013
If you are looking for a dependable stove top that produces consistently rich coffee with crema then I would recomend this product. The trick is not to pack the coffee down but just give it one tap to settle it but thats all. Screw it up tight and straight onto a hot stove.Believe it or not I found Ikea expresso fine ground to produce very good coffee with lots of crema and its not that expensive so I bulk buy when I'm at the store
Espresso with crema
By Colirv on 31 May 2013
The Bialetti Brikka produces the closest I've come to professional espresso - although to get a decent crema I needed to use a fine espresso grind rather than an all-purpose grind. The Brikka is expensive, but I'm pleased I bought it.
